RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGES OR CREDITS (IF APPLICABLE)

RENSA accepts returns on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit or exchange. However, we do not do refunds. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Please note, the cost of return postage is at the customer’s own expense.

If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

ARRANGING A RETURN

To organise a credit or exchange please email and we will provide instructions on how to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please ensure you package your return with care to prevent any damages and provide a tracking number to our customer service team.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a garment fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please get in contact.
